The room design was excellent. The room were very clean and comfortable. The reception staff was excellent- very friendly and ready to help point you in the right direction in terms of touring their city etc. Very friendly.

If it was a bit closer to the city centre, it would have no negatives.

I liked everything. Excelent facilities, professional service and friendly staff. Best hotel I have ever seen in Serbia. I will stop there whenever in Novi Sad again.

Nice modern rooms, good breakfast, recommended!

The competence and kindness of the staff were absolutely outstanding. The room and all the facilities were exceptionally clean and well maintained. The bed was comfortable with a proper firmness with snow white bedlinen. The construction of the building makes the rooms almost completely soundproof.

great staff, really good working and hospitality

The staff were extremely polite and went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. It was really helpful that they all spoke good english and were able to point us in the direction of the bus stop, shops, where to eat, supermarkets and give us information about Exit festival. The rooms were very clean and modern, and the mini bar was well stocked even though we didn't use it. The food at breakfast was good. The hotel is away from the centre of Novi Sad but we didn't mind at all because the taxis were so cheap. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend other people to stay there.

Hotel was very clean and over our expectations. Staff was very friendly and ready to help any time. We arrived at 6am in the morning and because our room was free the night before we were allowed to check-in earlier.

Vila Vigor provides excellent value for money, offering 4 star facilities and services at 3star or lower prices- very spacious room with modern fittings. Wide selection for breakfast.

We stayed at this hotel for a city trip. The staff is very polite and helpfull. rooms clean, comfortable, and quiet. The breakfast is Ok and the hotel restaurant open all day offers a good choice of meals, including good bussiness lunch for groups at very reasonable price. Good value for money.

Small hotel which is very nice to stay within only onу night - extremely cosy - even much more cosy I expected to get. The only thing - it was rather difficult to find it at night as our navigator was dead

The service overall was of high quality; the breakfast was great; the rooms were perfect; and the staff were very helpful.

The location isn't great, as it's about a 40 minute walk to town (though taxis aren't a problem); that said, it's not the end of the world.

The staff was really nice and speaking fluent english. Despite of the 40 degrees and sea of sun outside, you could sleep during the day due to the fact that the rooms were shady with the curtains drawn and temperature cooled. Also, the night sky is wonderful.

The positioning is a bit far from the fortress and town center but a cab ride won't cost more than 5 euros.

Everything was excellent, according to previous reviews, but I especially appreciated the fact that they extended breakfast time to 12.00 during Exit festival.

Just couple of minor issues, do not be discouraged by them... Whole hotel is non-smoking area, which I could not understand during booking, but that is also my fault as well. Not that they really have a hotel bar, that is more couple of chairs at reception, so if you smoke and want cup of coffee, go to cafe nearby :) There is no garbage basket in a room, only in toilet.
